Yoga in Italy:
We teach Kundalini yoga in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan. It is called the yoga of awareness. The exercises are often dynamic, including different breathing techniques, mudras and mantras. Static postures can be found as well.
Kundalini yoga creates the space for an individual experience encouraging the student to balance the body and the mind. It strengthens the body, the immune and nervous system and works wonders in reducing stress. With mostly easy postures it is likewise suitable for beginners and more advanced students.
We also teach Hatha yoga and Vinyasa Flow yoga. Besides the more active and dynamic yoga styles, we offer Yin yoga. While the active Yang yoga addresses primarily the muscles, the Yin yoga works the deeper tissues of the body. Long held postures help to reach the ligaments, joints and fascia and the connective tissue.
With Aerial yoga we teach a unique flying experience in a hammock. It helps your body to gain steadiness and ease at the same time. Relax while slowly swaying in your hammock!
